What to put in a loss report
Send what you have. Missing items do not delay the first reply; we will ask for them at the site visit.

Building address, building type and number of units or tenants affected

Type and date of loss: fire, water, frozen pipe, storm or impact
- 03
Insurance carrier, claim number and adjuster contact, if assigned
- 04
5–10 photos of the damage and any mitigation or drying reports
- 05
The adjuster's estimate (PDF) if you already have one, and drawings if available
- 06
Access contact on site and any parts of the building that must stay open
