How we price
Three ways to engage us. Most owners start with an estimate and move to a reconstruction contract once the scope is agreed with the adjuster.

from, for buildings up to 25,000 SF
- Site inspection, moisture readings and photo log
- Line-item estimate with scope comparison
- Fee credited in full if you hire us to rebuild
Temporary protection
$95/hr
carpenter, time and materials
- Project lead $125/hr
- Materials at cost plus 12%
- Daily time sheets with photos for the adjuster
Reconstruction contract
Fixed price
on the approved claim scope
- Monthly AIA G702/G703 pay applications
